Onboarding & Customer Success Specialist (Danish required)

Spectia, and we’re hiring our first Onboarding & Customer Success Specialist, one of our earliest team members, to turn new customers into long-term champions.

You’ll own onboarding and first-line support end to end, build playbooks and systems from scratch, and drive measurable outcomes from day one. Clear path to Team Lead as we scale.

Job requirements

Key responsibilities

  • Immediate impact: Own onboarding for our existing customers and a steady flow of new ones each month.

  • Build from zero: Design onboarding flows, support processes, and customer communications from day one.

  • Tight feedback loop: Turn customer insights into product and process improvements with Product & Sales.

  • Improve adoption and retention while building strong, long-term relationships.

  • Build a scalable structure for onboarding and customer success (playbooks, cadences, templates, SLAs).

  • Remove roadblocks (implementation gaps, support needs, knowledge gaps) to keep customers on track.

  • Run high-touch onboarding: kickoff, configuration, training, go-live, and success check-ins.

You’ll be a great fit if you have

  • 2–3 years in Customer Support/Success/Onboarding at a SaaS or services company.

  • A builder’s mindset, you enjoy creating structure and processes from scratch.

  • You want to take the next step in your career, where you have full ownership of your role

  • Excellent written and spoken customer communication.

  • Fluent in Danish (required for industry compliance) and professional English.
