Spectia is seeking a Founder Associate with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our startup as the first hire on our team.

Our platform is reshaping procurement for project-oriented businesses in the construction sector, starting with the installation industry. We provide unprecedented control and transparency by connecting companies with optimal suppliers based on their framework agreements, enabling informed decisions that balance cost efficiency with environmental impact. 

The platform streamlines operations by automating EU sustainability compliance documentation. It intelligently suggests material alternatives to optimize emissions or costs while maintaining comprehensive invoice control and cost-tracking capabilities. Through sophisticated framework agreement optimization, businesses can make informed decisions that align with both their financial and environmental goals.

What You’ll Do

As the right hand to the CEO and CPO, you’ll help turn vision into execution across all areas of the business:

• Strategy & Ops: Lead market research, competitor analysis, go-to-market plans, and build financial models/dashboards.

• Processes: Design and implement scalable workflows across sales, marketing, onboarding, and support.

• Product: Collaborate on customer research, feature prioritization, and translate insights into product specs.

• Fundraising: Support investor outreach, pitch deck creation, data room management, and due diligence.

• Special Projects: Join key meetings, drive follow-ups, support recruiting and culture, and represent the company externally.
  

We’re looking for a Founder Associate with an entrepreneurial mindset who brings:

• Proven Experience: You’re early in your career with 1–2 years of relevant experience at a startup, VC firm, SaaS company, or consultancy, or you’ve gained similar experience as a student assistant during your university studies

• Analytical Firepower: Strong with numbers—adept at building models in Excel/Google Sheets and extracting insights from data

• Clear Communicator: Excellent writing and presentation skills; able to distill complexity into crisp, persuasive narratives

• Bias for Action: Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and drives toward solutions

• Tech Skills: You have coding experience and are comfortable working with SaaS metrics, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

  Being fluent in Danish is a must
