We are seeking visionary co-founders to help us develop and integrate smart home and building solutions, including Home Energy Management Systems (HEMS) and Building Automation Systems (BAS), that optimize energy usage and enhance user experience.

By developing advanced energy management systems, we aim to create seamless, efficient environments that benefit both users and the planet.

Opportunity:

As a co-founder, you will lead the development of innovative solutions, including:

• AI-Driven Energy Optimization: Create systems that utilize artificial intelligence to optimize energy usage, enhance user engagement, and integrate smoothly with other smart devices.
• Predictive Maintenance: Leverage AI and machine learning technologies to predict and prevent system failures, ensuring efficient and proactive building management.
• Enhanced User Interfaces: Design intuitive user interfaces that engage users and provide actionable insights into their energy usage patterns.
• Co-Creation Potential: Collaborate with smart home device manufacturers, utility companies, and sustainability experts to develop comprehensive energy management solutions that improve efficiency and user experience in residential and commercial buildings.

About You:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with a demonstrated passion for energy Innovation
• Experience in operating within high-growth startups or scale-ups is advantageous.
• Prior experience as a founder, co-founder, CEO/COO/CTO/CPO of a start-up companies is desirable and advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for Energy Innovation.
• Experience in Green Energy, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Knowledge and familiarity in specified area is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Practical Information:

As a co-founder at KRING, you will be an integral part of our venture-building team, accelerating our venture's growth trajectory. Upon successfully validating the Menopause project, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Co-Founder role, with a competitive startup salary and equity package, driving the strategic direction of the new venture.

• Timeline: Ongoing interviews. The start date is flexible based on finding the right candidate.
• Location: We are open to working with talent worldwide, but founders must be willing to be in Copenhagen for at least a five-month validation and MVP building phase. Our office is located at Ragnagade 7, 2100 Copenhagen
